Salary Scale: Inner London MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) plus TLR 1a
St. Augustine’s C.E. High School is a medium sized mixed comprehensive school situated on the doorstep of central London, in Kilburn. We are looking to appoint a proactive, dynamic and ambitious Science practitioner for the position of Subject Leader for Science. The right candidate will have a track record of raising attainment and delivering outstanding lessons.
The successful candidate should:
- Be an outstanding teacher with the ability to model best practice in the classroom.
- Have excellent leadership skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with students and colleagues.
- Have a proven track record in raising standards and achievement in Science
- Be innovative and a strategic thinker, able to turn ideas and opportunities into successful practice.
