Inner London Pay Scale
We are proud of our Science team at Lilian Baylis Technology School. At KS3 the Science team has developed a highly praised Science curriculum that engages students through the use of relevant contexts, practical work and project days. At KS4 all students study GCSE Triple and Double Science and at KS5 we offer A-level Physics, Chemistry and Biology and BTEC Level 3 Science and applied Biology.
You will be a good classroom teacher with outstanding subject knowledge and will be able to teach Biology up to Key Stage 5. You will understand the importance of maintaining our great student progress in science and part of our initiatives to maintain this.
If you are an Early Career Teacher you will have a reduced timetable, support from a leading practitioner and follow the ECF through a structured training programme and mentoring.
