Guardian Angels' Catholic Primary School invites applications from energetic and professional candidates to fill the Support Teacher - Inclusive Education for 5 days per week in 2019.
The successful applicant should:
* hold formal qualifications and recent experience in this area;
* provide for the diverse learning needs of all students;
*have the capacity to develop structures and procedures to promote inclusive education practices;
*display effective case management of students
*use collaborative processes to facilitate meaningful learning outcomes for students with diverse learning needs;
*share skills and knowledge through professional development, consultation and advice;
*have knowledge of and familiarity with the verification processes in place within Brisbane catholic Education.
*Plan collaboratively with all stakeholders (parents, students, staff, outside agencies)
* Have a good understanding of BCE Inclusive processes.
