Guardian Angels' Catholic Primary School invites applications from energetic and professional candidates to fill the Support Teacher - Inclusive Education for 5 days per week in 2019. The successful applicant should: * hold formal qualifications and recent experience in this area; * provide for the diverse learning needs of all students; *have the capacity to develop structures and procedures to promote inclusive education practices; *display effective case management of students *use collaborative processes to facilitate meaningful learning outcomes for students with diverse learning needs; *share skills and knowledge through professional development, consultation and advice; *have knowledge of and familiarity with the verification processes in place within Brisbane catholic Education. *Plan collaboratively with all stakeholders (parents, students, staff, outside agencies) * Have a good understanding of BCE Inclusive processes. Guardian Angels' is a co-educational Catholic primary school catering for the learning needs of approximately 585 students. Located in the eastern bayside suburb of Wynnum, we pride ourselves on the welcoming and friendly atmosphere found across our whole school community.
