The support worker is a flexible role that draws upon the knowledge, skills and expertise of professionals with experience of working with children who present challenging behaviour and who have significant and complex social, emotional and learning needs. The primary purpose of the role is to work collaboratively with colleagues (teaching and therapeutic) in order to create an environment in which the pupils at Octavia House Schools can maximise their learning and progress.
