About the role:
To enable young people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities to achieve sustainable, paid employment by equipping them with the skills they need for work through learning in the workplace.
To support interns in the workplace, provide the necessary coaching, training and encouragement to enable them to succeed.
We are looking for a proactive and organised person to oversee the design and implementation of the Supported Internship programme offer and promote the programme to internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, the successful candidate wil develop tutorial programmes to support the personal development of interns

Westminster Kingsway College is a further education college in central London with centres in Camden and Westminster.
