If so, the role of Talent Resourcing Partner could be the one for you.

As an enthusiastic individual you will be responsible for providing specialist support, to enable the Group to attract, recruit and retain the best talent.  Ultimately ensuring every academy has the staff it needs to accelerate improvement and deliver high quality education to all children, regardless of background or ability.  Based within the cluster area, you will work as part of the wider Talent resourcing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and impress in an influential role.  We’re looking for someone who has already got a proven track record of working in a fast paced, volume driven recruitment environment, ideally within Education. In addition, you will have a sound knowledge of the education recruitment market.  You will be confident to challenge the status quo, as well as the ability to coach others, harness creativity and network effectively.

This is a fixed term position to cover maternity leave and is required to start as soon as possible.
