Our transformation program covers all aspects of our operations including our Schools Operating and Learning Systems (SOLS), as the Program Officer you will provide administrative support to the Program including Program/Project Managers and Business Analysts.
As Program Officer, you will be a client-centric professional with proven experience to coordinate project activities and provide administrative support to a large and multifaceted program.
You will be known for your ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, with proven experience in bringing things together, scheduling events and meetings, maintain quality records and undertaking reporting as well as tracking budgets/expenditure. Hands on experience developing flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules is essential with knowledge of project management software desirable.
This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with CEO policy.
