Job overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an 'Outstanding' school. We are looking to recruit a Teacher within our ASC provision at Davies Lane Primary School.

We require applicants to have skills and experience to work with children who have additional needs and an awareness and understanding of autisim.

We offer the successful candidate a friendly, inspirational environment, where creativity and passion are valued, and where they will receive the very best ‘bespoke’ training and development opportunities.

You will get to work within a Trust, where we share best practice across schools and give staff opportunities of career development.

The appointed teacher will carry out their professional duties with due regard to the provisions of the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document and within the range of teacher’s duties set out in the document, the policies and requirements of the Trust Board and Local Governing Board and employment legislation and will have the key ability to teach small groups of ASC pupils across all age ranges within our school.

Our Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We are committed to safer recruitment and will carry out enhanced DBS and Prohibition Order checks before start dates.
