Job overview

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Head of Girls’ Sport. is is an exciting position, reporting to the Director of Sport. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator and an inspiring teacher, will hold a good degree and have the expertise to ignite a passion for sport in all our pupils.

Our PE/Games programme provides opportunities for participation by pupils of all ages and ability levels, involving either competition within the school or with other schools.

The successful candidate should have or desire experience of a leadership position and be able to demonstrate the ability to inspire others and develop a clear strategic vision. Sport within the school has enjoyed considerable growth in recent years and the successful candidate will be the driving force behind its continued development. You will be expected to play a full part in this busy school, contributing to the extensive extra-curricular programme.
