Required for September 2019, an appropriately qualified and experienced part-time (.85 of a full-time timetable) Teacher in Charge of Religious Education (RE) to take responsibility for this subject area throughout the Senior School (11-18). The ability to teach GCSE RE is essential and there may also be the possibility to teach A Level RE. It would also be advantageous if the successful candidate was able to teach a second subject.

This position would be suitable for a teacher of some experience who wishes to take a first step into middle leadership.

The person appointed will be expected to play a full part in the life of this busy day and boarding school, contributing to the co-curricular programme. They will also be fully and actively supportive of the Christian ethos of the school.
