The Clevedon Learning Trust is seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced teacher with effect from 1st September 2018 (or as soon as possible) to lead the ASD Centre at Westover Green Community School. This is a specialist centre which provides personalised provision for 14 children. The centre offers children aged from 4 – 11 the opportunity of accessing a mainstream curriculum with flexible access to the centre.
The successful applicant will be a qualified classroom teacher, experienced in working with pupils with primary aged children with special educational needs. Additional specific qualifications or experience in the areas of ASD, or a willingness to undertake training to achieve such qualifications, is essential.
You will lead a dedicated and highly skilled team of teaching assistants and will benefit from modern, state of the art facilities.
