Salary: Grade B £24,534 (no teaching qualification) £25,995--£29,253pa (teacher qualified)
Grade C £31,024-£34,906pa (must be teacher qualified).

In addition there is a possibility of market forces uplift payment for suitably qualified experienced candidates.

The post holder will be required to teach to a high standard within the School of Engineering meeting the expectations contained within the College’s teaching and learning standards and be experienced in Fabrication & Welding. You must be enthusiastic and highly motivated, have a flexible approach to work and be able to work as a member of team.

Northampton College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational further education college situated in Northamptonshire. It is a 16-plus institution with three campuses: a major building at its main Northampton site, a smaller campus near the town centre and another 20 miles away in Daventry. It provides places for around 9,000 students aged 16 and over, most of whom are full-time and aged 16-18.

Northampton College was opened in 1973. It merged with Daventry Tertiary College to expand its Daventry campus in August 2004, and its Booth Lane campus reopened after a large redevelopment in 2012.
