Casula Public School has 875 students, including 77% of students from a non- English speaking background and 2% Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students. The school is situated in south west Sydney and has experienced significant growth in student enrolments.

Specific Selection Criteria
Approval to teach students with learning and support needs (primary) and/or experience teaching students with learning and support needs (primary) in regular classes. Capacity to provide specialist assistance to students in regular classes with additional learning and support needs and their teachers
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a variety of teams and build positive relationships with all members of the school community.
Demonstrated experience in providing specific and targeted support to teachers implementing evidence-based teaching and learning programs to improve student engagement, participation and achievement.
Highly developed understanding of and proven ability to support teachers in the implementation of effective wellbeing practices.
