The trustees seek to appoint a qualified, innovative and committed individual who will support the values, aims and ethos of the College and work hard with us to help shape and realise our vision. You will be able to enthuse, motivate our students with your passion for learning.
As a Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students to ensure high quality teaching and learning is delivered consistently across the faculty. You will be able to coach, support and enhance your peers’ quality of teaching as well as develop the leadership of others.
Members of the team are totally committed to ensuring the best outcomes for our students through curriculum and enrichment opportunities. The faculty consists of nine mathematicians and is located in a bespoke mathematics area. Currently the faculty follow the EDEXCEL syllabus at GCSE and A level.
We place great emphasis on helping staff settle happily and purposefully with us. Careful attention is paid to inductions and subsequent professional development. The successful applicant can look forward to joining a strong and supportive team of dedicated and hardworking colleagues.
