An enthusiastic and well-qualified teacher is required to teach Art throughout the age range in this thriving department. College is a centre of excellence for Art and the department occupies a magnificently equipped building. 

Our Art teachers teach a variety of disciplines including painting, printmaking, textiles, photography and sculpture. We guide every girl in expressing herself creatively whilst also striving for very high standards of technical expertise.

Whilst all teachers are expected to contribute to the rich co-curricular life of College, there are no residential duties. 

You will join a friendly and supportive community of dedicated professionals who believe that girls are the heart of all we do. We are ambitious for their futures, collectively and individually, and have been so for over 160 years. The department is well-resourced and full support with induction and CPD is provided.

College first opened its doors in February 1854 with the purpose of providing girls with a thorough academic education.
