A co-educational day and boarding school for ages 4-19, LVS Ascot is strongly committed to non-selective education. Driven by this belief, we provide inspiring educational opportunities for pupils at all levels of ability.

We understand that our teaching staff are key to making that happen. After all, their vision, energy and talent bring learning to life as they support every student to achieve their full potential. So in return, we ensure that our teachers enjoy full support too. There are outstanding opportunities for training and development here. In short, we will do everything we can to help you to take your career where you want it to go. As an Approved ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Centre, we also offer the internationally recognised ILM2, 3 and 5 course.

What is more, we will welcome your new ideas and imaginative thinking. So if you are the kind of teacher who is always looking for fresh and inventive ways to engage children, develop their sense of curiosity and stretch themselves, you will fit right in here.

Our students’ accomplishments speak for themselves. 2017 saw LVS Ascot celebrate its highest ever A Level pass rate of 99.5%, achieve national success in sport and excel in regional STEM competitions. During the year, the school’s Houses also raised over £12,000 for charities from the NSPCC to Help For Heroes and the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Join us and you will enjoy working in an exceptional location in Ascot, Berkshire. Although this is a beautifully green and peaceful setting, it boasts excellent transport links and is easily accessible by public transport and road.

You can also look forward to an excellent range of benefits including access to the Sodexo Childcare Voucher scheme, free lunches and refreshments, free car parking, use of our gym and swimming facilities, a 24/7 employee assistance programme and pension. We also offer discounts on school fees for staff who have children here - and there are opportunities to work in boarding too.

So if you are an ambitious teacher who is looking to take your career forward in a supportive community working culture, we look forward to hearing from you.
