The successful candidate will be required to undergo appropriate child protection screening including a DBS check. This is an exciting time to join us. From the 1st September 2019 we moved into a new 12-million-pound school building, which provides an outstanding learning environment, including state of the art Science Laboratories. We have re-branded as Unsworth Academy in order to re-integrate with the local community. Along with our new school name we also have a new school uniform. At our OFSTED Inspection in November 2019 we were judged “Good in all areas”. 

The school is easily accessible from across the region and is located 2 minutes drive from the M60/M62/M66 (Junction 17).

The Salary for this role is on teachers’ pay-scale £25,714 - £41,604

This is a permanent post on a full-time contract.
