Witchford Village College is an expanding Village College for years 7 to 11 located two miles west of Ely, and part of the Morris Education Trust, a local family of schools individaul by character but united by a passion to build a better world through education.
We are offering an exciting opportunity at Witchford to build on your experience and join a College which offers a supportive environment and where there is a clear focus on the achievement of young people.
We are looking for a talented and inspiring teacher to join our team. You will have energy, enthusiasm and a love of Art and the skills to achieve high levels of student engagement and progress.
The Art and Design department is very well stocked in terms of facilities ranging from printing, sewing machines, clay throwing wheels and kiln, painting facilities and photography. We currently offer Art, Photography and Textiles at GCSE . We have some very talented students who show exceptional ability with their work, some of whom choose to continue studying Art, Photography or Textiles beyond GCSE level.
