Unlike other schools, we introduce all students to Enterprise in Key Stage 3, with all students studying an Enterprise course, which includes a combination of Business, Travel and Tourism, ICT and Media Studies. All students also receive a Chromebook in Year 7, allowing for exciting, dynamic teaching and learning from the first lesson. At Key Stage Four, we offer Level 2 BTEC qualifications in Business Studies, ICT, Travel and Tourism and Media Studies, while in the Sixth Form we offer the International Baccalaureate in Business Management and Economics alongside the BTEC Extended Diplomas in Creative Media and Business as part of the IB Career-related Programme. All Enterprise subjects at Key Stage 4 are extremely popular and consistently achieve outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and an excellent classroom practitioner who is committed to student success and development. Experience of teaching Business is essential, whilst experience of delivering a range from Travel & Tourism, ICT and Media Studies is desirable. They should have a passion that inspires our students. Experience of planning and delivering BTEC is desirable. The ideal candidate should be aware of the changes facing the subject area nationally and be able to implement new courses accordingly. Most importantly, there is a real opportunity to contribute to a developing team that is making a difference.
