The Costello School is looking to appoint highly motivated, dynamic and innovative individuals with a desire to improve the life chances of young people through excellent care, teaching and guidance.

The successful candidate should have the potential to be an outstanding classroom practitioner (if you aren’t already) with a passion for taking risks, trying new things and reflecting on your own practice in order to improve.

We are seeking a colleague who has a passion for performance and Business/Computing or indeed, both. Business and Computing are incredibly popular subjects at Costello. You would be joining a committed and experienced team who always place the learning and opportunities of our children first.

You will be joining us on a very important stage of our journey. In September 2023, we will be embarking on 1-2-1 iPads for our incoming Year 7s. You will be joining us at a time when learning can free us of our four walls. The possibilities are endless. This is a three-four year project where you will be pivotal in shaping the landscape for future learning.

We invest heavily in CPD/ training and have fantastic links with other schools and professional organisations. New ideas and approaches are welcomed with open arms and coaching is used to unlock potential. We work very closely with our ‘family’ of partner schools and are currently the strategic lead for a unique teaching and learning project.
