Arthur Mellows is an Ofsted Outstanding school located in the village of Glinton on the outskirts of Peterborough.  The school is very successful and oversubscribed with 1,680 students aged 11-18, supported by a talented and hard-working staff.  Students are well behaved and committed learners.  Behaviour is excellent and students are keen to learn.

Due to growth in the Department we are seeking to appoint a highly committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Business Studies and Economics who has the ability to teach at both Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, we deliver the following courses:

• Enterprise – KS4 BTEC

• Business - KS5 A Level and BTEC to Extended Diploma

• Economics – KS4 GCSE and KS5 A Level

The successful applicant's timetable will be based on skills and experience.

Staff are friendly and supportive and committed to ensuring all students achieve their potential.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher.  The position would suit an NQT or an experienced classroom teacher.  This is a real opportunity to make a difference with our highly motivated student body.
