The Ferrers School is a popular, oversubscribed school and we are looking for a passionate and energetic teacher who can work with us to continually improve and so move from ‘good to great’.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to join an experienced established team. This post is suitable for both NQTs and experienced teachers. The successful candidate will be a highly committed team player, with a passion for business and enterprise and understanding of the strategies required to motivate and inspire students. We are looking for someone who understands the value of high quality assessment and uses this to drive planning and progress. The successful candidate will be expected to teach across the ability range at all key stages.

The Ferrers School is a mainstream secondary academy for children aged 11-18. It is situated in Higham Ferrers, Northamptonshire, and there are just under 1,000 pupils on its roll.
