Teacher of Computing

Part time, potential for a full time role if combined with Maths teaching
The popularity and success of Computer Science, taught at Borlase from Year 7 through to A Level, has created an exciting opportunity for an additional teacher of this subject. The successful candidate will demonstrate a dynamic and creative approach to teaching, a passion for the subject and the necessary skills and enthusiasm to enhance further the excellent teaching and learning within the department. The successful candidate will already be able to teach KS3 computing with potential to develop to include KS4/5 teaching depending upon the candidate’s aspirations.
Although the role in the Computing Department is for part time hours, we are also currently recruiting for a Teacher of Maths. We are open to the possibility of creating a full time role for a candidate who is able to teach both Computing and Maths. If this is of interest to you, please do look at the Maths teacher job description on our website.
