Job overview

St Andrew’s is looking to appoint an outstanding and passionate Design and Technology teacher to join an excellent department which is growing due to the popularity of these subjects at GCSE and A Level.  DT sits within the DT and Art Faculty and you would be joining a team of 10 other teachers supported by two excellent technicians.  Within DT the school offers Resistant Materials, Graphics, Textiles and Food Technology and these are all popular at GCSE and A Level.  We are ideally looking for someone with a keen interest in RM or Graphics.  If you are looking for a supportive environment and the opportunity to work with outstanding colleagues this is the job for you.  This role would suit an NQT where you would be joining a great team who would provide you with the support you need in your first few years of teaching or a more experienced teacher who would like to play an important role in helping our DT Department develop further.
