Claremont Senior School, judged by Ofsted as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas in May 2016, seeks to appoint a Part-Time Economics Teacher covering 0.8 of the timetable to start in September 2018.
The successful candidate will work as part of a small team, with the ability to teach to GCSE and A-Level. Applications from NQTs are welcome. He/she must ensure high standards of teaching, learning and assessment are delivered, resources are used effectively and the curriculum is managed and developed in accordance with school policy. The ability to teach a second subject is desirable, but not essential.

Claremont Senior School opened in September 2011 and caters for students from 13 to 18 years of age in Bodiam, East Sussex.
It offers a full academic curriculum and a comprehensive co-curricular programme. The ethos of the school is family orientated and committed to the holistic development of each student.
