An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic part time Teacher of English to join our team.
The post will involve teaching English at KS3, English Language and Literature at KS4 and English Literature at KS5. The ability to teach Drama at KS3/4 and experience or interest in teaching LAMDA qualifications would also be an advantage.
Working alongside the Subject Leader of English and Drama, and in collaboration with our English and Performing Arts team, you will demonstrate the motivation, organisation, creativity and commitment required to deliver excellent results by inspiring our pupils to achieve their full potential. It will offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher seeking to develop their career.
Drama, English Literature and Performing Arts are popular subjects at KS4 and 5. Our leavers often go on to study English, Drama or related courses at top universities and drama schools with recent destinations including Kings College, London, The University of Warwick, Rose Bruford College and The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
