The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated teacher who will join a well-established and highly successful department to teach English across all Key Stages. Results in the English department are outstanding and among the highest in the country; last year 95% of students achieved a grades 9 – 4 in the more challenging new style GCSEs, 55% achieved grades 9 – 7, and an astonishing 35 pupils achieved the coveted grade 9. At Key Stage 5, 60% of entries were awarded A* - B grades with 100% passing. The department’s value added is in the top 1% of the country and we are looking for a teacher who can make a significant contribution to this already strong and successful department.

It is a part of the Wembley Multi Academy Trust and has an established reputation for a strong focus on academic excellence.
