Teacher of English – Full-time Maternity Leave Cover
Two terms in the first instance
From 11th February 2019, we require a motivated, committed and dynamic teacher to join this lively and ‘outstanding’ 11-18 Foundation School and Department. We expect you will be able to teach English across the whole age and ability range in KS3 and GCSE. The ability to teach Media Studies at A-level would be an advantage but is in no way essential.

Bishop Heber High School is a mixed, non-denominational comprehensive school with a sixth form, there are 1280 students on roll aged 11-18. It is situated in the picturesque village of Malpas. Location
Malpas is a large village placed deep in the south Cheshire countryside. There are several pubs in the village as well as good quality local shopping. Malpas also hosts a regular Farmers’ Market. If you are looking to explore, Malpas is a great base for sightseeing with Cheshire, Shropshire and North Wales just a stone’s throw away. Practically on your doorstep is the famous city of Chester, you can reach the city in 30 minutes and explore all the historic sites.
