We are pleased to offer this exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic classroom practitioner to join our modern school as a Teacher of English. You will be a talented teacher, with enthusiasm for your subject and a genuine passion for educating the next generation. You will have the opportunity to teach across the age and ability range, including A Level, where your subject knowledge and dynamic teaching with further enhance the department. This opportunity would suit an experienced teacher looking to progress their career, or an NQT looking for their first role in teaching – we offer excellent support and CPD.  

Ernesford Grange Community Academy is an 11-18 Academy with just over 600 pupils on roll, based around 3 miles outside of Coventry City Centre. In 2015, we moved into a brand new building, which boasts outstanding facilities and an excellent learning environment for all faculties. We are part of the highly successful Sidney Stringer Multi Academy Trust, and work well across the trust to ensure we promote the very best outcomes for our students. The schools Senior Leadership Team is committed and focused to lead Ernesford Grange on its journey pushing for continued and sustained improvement, there is a real sense of pride from both staff and students for the progress that we are making.
