Crewe Engineering & Design UTC, now in its 5th year and specialising in Engineering and Design  for 14–19-year-olds, has been designed to reflect a business environment with state-of–the-art facilities and was judged by Ofsted as Good in every category in June 2019.

All Students at  KS4 (14-16) have the opportunity to  follow a specialist pathway in either Engineering, Design or Digital as part of a focused and responsive curriculum based on the changing needs of the industries and employers that we support.

The curriculum for KS5 (16-19) becomes more specialist where students can chose A Levels in Physics, 3D Design, Mathematics and Business. In addition, students can study a specialist BTEC Level 3 course in Engineering or Art or  a Cambridge Technical  qualification in IT. All the KS5 routes will support students’ progress on to positive destinations such as apprenticeships, employment or higher education.

From 2022 we will also be delivering T-level engineering.

This role will provide you with:

• focussed teaching - only teaching KS4 and resit KS5 classes

• passionate students

• opportunities for career development as the UTC grows

• An opportunity to be at the forefront of STEM education

If you believe that this is an environment where you can thrive, develop and substantially contribute to an exciting future for Crewe Engineering & Design UTC, we welcome your application.
