Hatch End High School is a high performing, innovative Academy in Harrow with Arts College status and a large and highly successful Sixth Form. An enthusiastic and dynamic English teacher is required from September 2020 who has a commitment to the development of creative, engaging teaching and learning across the age and ability range.

Students value English and achieve excellent results at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 but we want them to be even higher.  English Language, English Literature and Media Studies are popular subjects at A Level with very strong examination results. 

This post is suitable for NQTs and also open to experienced candidates.

Hatch End High School is a highly successful multi-cultural Academy located in Harrow, London.

Sixth-form facilities were opened on the site in 2010 and a brand new rebuild in 2019. The school currently has approximately 1,250 students aged 11-18, including 270 in the Sixth Form.
