Applications are invited from enthusiastic and highly capable teachers who wish to develop their career in a school which places good quality teaching and learning as its highest priority.

You would be joining the well-established and successful English department of subject specialist teachers. 

The contract will run from January 2019 to August 2019 (in the first instance) unless the post holder returns to work earlier than expected.

We are looking for a highly motivated and inspirational classroom practitioner who is committed to maximising pupil progress through setting high standards and by delivering effective teaching and learning. An ability to work in a team and motivate and inspire children is essential. Experience of leading small group interventions at KS3 and KS4 would be desirable.

William Ellis School is a voluntary-aided, non-denominational comprehensive school in the London Borough of Camden, serving the secondary educational needs of boys in the diverse local community and of girls in the Sixth Form.
