Required from  12 April 2021 

MPR / UPR, part time, maternity fixed term contract, until 31 August 2021.  The candidate would be required to work Monday and Tuesday full days, and half day on a Wednesday.

We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic English teacher to make a significant contribution to this very important curriculum area across Key Stages 2 and 3.  Applications from NQTs or experienced teachers are very welcome. 

We are a large and flourishing middle school set on a stunning site in the historical market town of Hexham and part of a Multi Academy Trust with Queen Elizabeth High School.   We cherish the strong partnerships that exist between pupils, parents and the local community making this a successful, friendly and welcoming school.  Pupils at Hexham Middle School have an eagerness to learn and achieve very well academically.  We also place a high value on our activity programme beyond the classroom and are proud of the many and varied enriching activities that form part of our provision.
