Required as soon as possible for permanent employment centrally with Westcountry Schools Trust, initially deployed to work at Eggbuckland Community College to cover a current absence.

The type of teacher we want to appoint:
- holds QTS and has a degree in an English-related specialism
- experience of delivering and raising progress/attainment in AQA English Language and Literature is essential
- is a dynamic and innovative classroom practitioner
- is able to teach the full ability range
- is creative with the flair and vision to identify and develop cross-curricular themes and links
- enjoys good relationships with students and staff
- is organised, efficient and flexible
- is excited about the opportunity to teach classes where there is no disruptive behaviour
