Job overview

A secondary school located in Warwick requires a teacher of Food Technology to teach KS3 & KS4, 3 days per week starting September 19 covering maternity leave. This position may be extended for the right teacher.

They are ideally are looking for someone who has excellent knowledge of the curriculum and passionate about their subject. If you are engaging, creative and looking to progress your career further then we want to hear from you!

The school can support an NQT but also welcome applications from more experienced teachers.

• Teaching Food Technology to KS3 & KS4 

• Provide creative, enjoyable lessons for all pupils of mixed abilities

• Set clear targets for progress

• Part time 3 days per week

• Thinking ‘out side the box’ to bring creative and inspiring ideas to pupils

Criteria:

• Be eligible to work in the UK (must have a valid visa)

• Have recent classroom experience as a teacher in the UK(essential)

• Have excellent communication skills 

• Must hold relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE)

• Possess valid references, DBS/police checks
