There are many extra-curricular activities including Drama, Junior and Senior Choirs, Orchestra, Photography, Riding, Rowing, Gymnastics, Ballet, Engineering Club, Public Speaking, Pottery, Young Enterprise and many girls participate in the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.

Pastoral care is strong; each girl has the support and understanding of a Housemistress, experienced in looking after girls and young women, and her team of House staff who together provide full pastoral care on a day to day basis under the auspices of the Deputy Head, Pastoral. The large Sixth Form operates on a tutorial system and is more akin to university life. 100% of girls go on to Higher Education.
