Delivering a holistic education to create happier lives.

The Dukeries Academy is a place where students thrive and are challenged to achieve their full potential. We set high expectations for our young people and give them the support they need to succeed, and we are committed to developing their social skills and attributes along with their academic learning.

Similarly, we are passionate about releasing the full potential of our talented teachers and support staff, and we can draw on the support of the Academy Transformation Trust to take them to the next level. Alongside significant investment in your CPD, you can expect the opportunity to learn from the best and share good practice across the Trust’s network of more than 20 academies

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Teacher of Geography. The successful candidate will be an ambitious professional with the ability to teach both KS3 and KS4, with the possibility of KS5 in the future. You will be joining a dynamic and exciting Humanities team, creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students. Applications from NQT’s are welcomed.

Join us, and your career could take you anywhere within that network, and potentially into the highest levels of school leadership. You can also expect an exceptional package of benefits through our Together Platform. You will enjoy a health cash plan, shopping discounts, cycle-to-work and gym schemes, cinema tickets and an employee assistance programme – plus all the satisfaction of delivering an education that develops young people as individuals, not just students.
