Teacher of Geogrpahy

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic teacher of Geography to join our very strong department. The department has a strong track record of delivering high levels of achievements.  The appointed candidate will teach across all ability ranges at KS3-KS4 and possibly at KS5. Geography is a very popular subject at KS4.

Ernest Bevin College is an 11-19 boys’ school with 1250 on roll. We have a mixed sixth form of 370 students based in state of the art buildings with good transport links.

We are an Elite Sports College competing at national and international level in a range of sports.  We have full time coaches for volleyball, judo and table tennis and fantastic sports facilities including a swimming pool and fitness studio. These facilities are extensively used by students and staff free of charge.

We have a Combined Cadet Force (CCF) and the Royal Marines working with us on site, and we have recently formed a Cricket Academy in partnership with Twenty20 Community Cricket.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and staff. The position is subject to an enhanced DBS check. Visits to the college are welcome.
