Felsted is a leading day and boarding independent school based in a stunning village campus in North Essex. Founded in 1564 by Richard Lord Riche, who had been a Lord Chancellor under King Edward V, Felsted today provides an exceptional holistic education to approximately 1100 boys and girls aged four to eighteen. An enthusiastic History and Humanities teacher is required at this ‘Excellent in Every Aspect’ ISI rated Boarding and Day School from February half-term 2018. The role is initially on a fixed-term basis until the end of the academic year.
The successful candidate must be suitably qualified, have strong subject knowledge and able to teach across all age ranges within our Senior School (Years 9 to 13).
We would expect the appointee to deliver excellent teaching and learning, have a passion for History and Humanities with the desire to contribute to the co-curricular life of the School.
