IBSTOCK PLACE SCHOOL
Autumn Term 2021
(start date 25 August 2021)
Applications are invited for a well-qualified and inspirational teacher of History. The post may offer the successful applicant an opportunity to teach at Advanced Level and to contribute to the preparation of our pupils for university-level studies.
The post is appropriate for an established teacher, or for a newcomer to the profession. IPS runs its own Graduate Training Programme and so the post may suit a graduate who is keen to enter the teaching profession but who does not have NQT status.
All members of staff have a pastoral role within the School and are required to participate in its co-curricular programme, thus enabling them to share their skills and expertise in areas not covered within curriculum time.
Information about the post is available at http://www.ibstockplaceschool.co.uk/Employment-Opportunities
The completed application form, together with a CV and a covering letter addressed to the Headmaster, should be posted to the School or emailed to email@example.com, as soon as possible.
The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
