We are looking for a highly motivated, robust and innovative teacher who puts students' achievements and quality at the heart of their work.  

This is an opportunity to join a large, organised and well resourced team, delivering AS, A Level and Access to Higher Education courses. The team has an emphasis on high quality teaching and support for students. Applications from Newly Qualified teachers welcome. We are looking for a candidate who has the ability and desire to motivate students with a good understanding of how effective support is critical to student success. You will contribute to the development of the curriculum and teaching and learning environment.

We require a candidate with outstanding teaching and learning practices, together with the ability to create a stimulating learning environment. Strong classroom management skills and a proven track record of successful curriculum development. 

A record to evidence continuous professional development to ensure innovation and creativity in the classroom is essential. 

The College’s minimum requirements are for candidates to have a degree and qualified teacher status. 

There will also be the expectation to attend all promotional evening events.

The college was formed in 2017 as a result of a merger between Palmers College (Grays) and Seevic College (Benfleet) and the last 12 months has been a period of very positive change, growth and investment.
