Mathematics is the central part of every pupil’s education at Brighton College. The attributes, knowledge and skills underpinning the subject is fundamental to success in many other areas of the curriculum and beyond. As such the role of Teacher of Mathematics is significant and integral to the College being able to provide a fulfilling and challenging environment in which to learn.

Our vision is to propel pupils of Mathematics to rates of progress that are equal to those of the finest schools in the world. The Mathematics Department is swiftly becoming a beacon of outstanding progress by creating and developing a culture of excellence in everything it does.

Applications are invited from first rate Mathematics practitioners who hold a relevant degree, at least two years of teaching experience and a clear understanding of teaching at Key Stage 3, (I)GCSE and A Level. We are looking for someone who blends creativity and rigour in the classroom, is highly committed and possesses excellent organisational and communication skills.
