This is an exciting time to join King James I Academy as we continue on our journey to excellence and work together in our state-of-the-art new buildings. This specific role requires the post-holder to support the development of innovative teaching and learning within the department; with a specific focus upon promoting active teaching strategies. 

You will be supported through a bespoke and individually tailored induction or NQT programme with a clear commitment to support your continual career development.
