Are you a dynamic, highly motivated classroom practitioner and an excellent mathematician with the ability to engage students and raise attainment? If so, then South Dartmoor Community College is the place for you. We are looking predominantly for KS3 and KS4 teachers although the ability to teach KS5 would be an advantage as we have a large successful sixth form with Maths and Further Maths as very popular student’s choice.
We are looking to appoint, from September 2019 preferably or January 2020 for the right candidate, at least two innovative and talented mathematicians to deliver outstanding outcomes. We are looking for teachers who are committed to becoming exceptional practitioners and want to be part of our school team as we embark on an exciting school improvement journey. The College is set on an attractive campus within the boundary of the stunning Dartmoor National Park and is within easy commuter distance of Plymouth, Exeter and the South Devon coast.
As a member of the South Dartmoor Multi Academy Trust, the College works with Ashburton, Buckfastleigh, Ilsington, Moretonhampstead and Widecombe Primary Schools as well as the Atrium Studio School.
