Required for September 2021, a full-time experienced teacher of Mathematics to join our expanding Department to teach age ranges 11-16.  High standards of work are essential.

Applicants should be enthusiastic and ambitious for their pupils and school.  They should also possess a genuine enjoyment for school life and be willing to play a part in the extra curricular activities of the school.

St John's is a co - educational, day school.  Age range 11-19 and situated in 25  acres of green belt grounds.

St John’s Preparatory and Senior School is a mixed, independent, Christian day school with sixth form, situated in Enfield in Middlesex. The school is on two sites: the preparatory school is separated from the senior school by less than half a mile, yet it is one school, situated in a combined 30 acres of greenbelt countryside. There are 425 students aged 4-18 on the school roll, 240 of whom are in the senior school and sixth form.

The quality of teaching and learning is outstanding and so is pupils’ behaviour. As at the time of the last inspection, the school has maintained high standards in public examinations, particularly at GCSE and A level. The curriculum is good and outstanding provision is made for pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural development.”
