Rainham School for Girls are looking to appoint a Mathematics Teacher to work within our enthusiastic, dedicated Mathematics Faculty. The preferred candidate will:
•Be able to demonstrate a passion about the role of Mathematics within education
•Be able to establish strong relationships and have excellent interpersonal skills

•Proactively seeking innovation in pedagogy through evidence based practice
•Foster a climate of risk taking, self-reflection and continuous improvement in other colleagues
•Plan, deliver and evaluate a range of professional development opportunities

We are part of one of the biggest Multi-Academy chains in the South East of England - The Kemnal Academies Trust so progression can also be Trust wide. We passionately believe in collaborative working and actively promote school to school support. This includes accessing support from our strong Teaching School Alliance who offer a range of high quality professional development opportunities for staff at all levels. We also have 1 hour a week built into the school day for CPD to fully capitalise on the power of collaboration and sharing of good practice.
