We are looking for a qualified and talented Teacher of Mathematics (Mainscale / UPS) to teach across the ability range to GCSE and A Level from April or September 2018, to be discussed at interview. You will be working with and supported by an experienced team of strong teachers and leaders. The Mathematics department is a very strong department with a clear focus on pupils developing their mathematical understanding alongside preparing for success in their examinations.  Our maths teachers work collegiately to support each other, develop resources and ensure students achieve to the best of their potential.  GCSE and A Level results in 2017 were above the national average. 

We welcome applications from newly qualified or experienced teachers. As an NQT or Beginner Teacher at Heathcote School, you will be supported by experienced colleagues on a range of issues relating to planning, teaching and assessing with a dedicated mentor and a skills development programme that will provide you with the experience required to be a successful practitioner in education.
