Teacher of Mathematics

Theale Green School is a vibrant secondary school in West Berkshire which joined the Activate Learning Education Trust on 1 April 2018, taking it to the next exciting stage on its path to excellence. With a revised curriculum and our new Headteacher Jo Halliday, who started in September 2018, this is an excellent time to join an up-and-coming school within a well-respected and rapidly expanding MAT. We are seeking to appoint new members to our talented and inspirational team of teachers and middle leaders; those with the drive and passion to take the school forward in the next phase of development. We are very proud of our Mathematics Department and the hugely experienced team who drive mathematics forward at Theale Green School. This half term we have invested in a full refurbishment of the department and are excited by the whole school drive to engage in numeracy led by our Second in Charge of Mathematics.

We work closely with mathematics departments from other local schools to continue to collaborate and to drive our team forward. With STEM being at the heart of our local UTCs, we benefit from strong links across the MAT to support our growth and development in these subject areas.
