We are seeking a highly motivated, well qualified, and ambitious Maths teacher to join us as part of our exciting talent management programme. The successful candidate will join our innovative Math’s team to help drive forward our already successful faculty to even greater heights. We have an ever growing A level Maths cohort, including provision for delivery of Further Math’s, and Core Math’s.
The role would be suitable for qualified teachers and exceptional trainees/NQTS, we offer a supportive Maths faculty and training will be provided to the successful candidate.
In addition, the successful candidate will be supported with the time and resources to develop their leadership through our dedicated leadership development scheme. This will include:
• Opportunities to undertake stretch assignments
• Expansion of the current role through whole College projects
• A variety of professional networks and access to leadership resources, conferences and events
• A dedicated leadership coach who will help co-create a personal leadership development plan to enable progression to a leadership role within 2 years.
