Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College is part of Inicio Academies, a Multi-Academy Trust, bringing together partners from early years, primary, secondary and post-16 sectors to deliver our vision for a happy, healthy and successful learning community. 

Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College is located in Darlington, North East England. Our success and popularity as a college are built upon our commitment to providing our students with the best possible learning environment and highest possible standards of support and guidance. There are approximately 2000 students on roll with a significant proportion coming from outside Darlington. The majority of our students have a full Advanced Level Study Programme and the academic work of the College is of a high standard with an excellent record of examination success across the curriculum. We take pride in the great reputation we have established as specialists in post-16 education and our aim is to enable every student to fully achieve their potential.

Over recent years, we have invested more than £7 million in our buildings and facilities. Developments include an expanded and refurbished library, open access learning areas, media suites, state of the art science facilities, a fully equipped performance studio and an extension to the student common room with a Starbucks  outlet, providing a vibrant and welcoming area for students.
